Refund policy

Party Packages are non refundable after the initial consultation stage and a plan in place for your event. Once dates are reserved our packages are non refundable unless there are exceptional circumstances which can be reviewed on a case by case basis. 

We will honour your party to be moved to alternative date, subject to availability. 

Party Boxes must be returned in a non used condition and within 30 days of purchase. Any personalised items are non refundable.
